  • Communication and Quoting: Responding to your initial contact request, scheduling the alignment video call, and sending proposals.

  • Adventure Creation and Execution: Designing the personalized storyline, planning on-the-ground logistics, and ensuring the surprise runs flawlessly.

  • Billing and Legal Compliance: Issuing invoices and fulfilling our tax obligations.

  • Pre-contractual Steps and Performance of a Contract: When you fill out the contact form or hire our services to design the adventure.

6. How long do we retain your data?

We only keep your data for as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes described:

  • Unconverted Inquiries: If we do not move forward with creating your adventure, your data and ideas will be deleted within 1 year of our last contact.

  • Clients: Storylines and context forms will be archived after the adventure is completed. Billing data is retained for 10 years, as required by Portuguese tax law.

7. How do we protect your data?

We implement strict technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. This includes the secure storage of information and restricting confidential communications solely to our core team.
