Team Buildings & Corporate Events

Let’s be honest: most corporate team buildings feel like a chore.

But what if your company’s next event was a true "covert operation"? Instead of lectures or forced trust exercises, I build missions where your employees are the protagonists. I split the company into teams and launch them into an immersive journey. They’ll have to crack codes, meet undercover actors in local cafés, pick locks, and use quick thinking to reach the finish line before their colleagues.

The final destination? A rooftop with drinks waiting, or a private dinner to celebrate the winning team.

You get the credit for the best corporate event of the year. I stay in the shadows to ensure the logistics are flawless.

We have a diverse team with different ages and fitness levels. Is the adventure too physically demanding?

Not at all. This isn’t a marathon or a military boot camp. The experience is driven by logic, deduction, and teamwork, not physical endurance. Plus, during our planning phase, I tailor the distances and the route to fit your team's specific needs, ensuring everyone crosses the finish line comfortable and full of energy.

How many people can participate? Can you handle large teams?

Absolutely! I’ve designed everything from intimate missions for 5-person teams to large-scale corporate events. If you have a large number of employees, we divide the group into smaller squads that compete against each other. They can follow the same route or navigate parallel, intersecting paths, with everyone ultimately converging at the same final destination to celebrate together.

Can this be integrated into a training session or a product launch?

Without a doubt. It’s actually one of the most original ways to do it. I’ve designed scripts where the teams' final mission was to uncover the company’s new product prototype, or to crack a safe containing the targets for the upcoming quarter. Everything is 100% customizable to your agenda!

Where does the event end?

The choice is entirely yours. The adventure can literally conclude anywhere you want: at a restaurant, a local bar, or even right back at your office...
